Functionality and Modifications: A QR code relies on contrast, and the design is intentionally created on a selected background. Any deviations, modifications in color, added filters, protective layers, or transparency of the background may affect the code's functionality. Artvizual is not responsible for such changes and modifications.
Verification and Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify the functionality of the QR code before ordering print material from third parties. Artvizual provides a functional code but is not responsible for any changes in format, scale, proportions, contrast, colors, and background that may occur during the printing process.
Ownership and Usage: Upon payment of the invoice, the designs become your property, and you are free to use them (commercially). Artvizual delivers the design QR codes in PDF format and as a single layer. Other formats are available upon request for an additional fee.
Indemnification: By using Artvizual's services, you agree to indemnify Artvizual, its contractors, and licensors, as well as their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of Artvizual's platform and digital services.
Print and Press Responsibility: Artvizual is not responsible for print and press work carried out by third parties. Any issues, inaccuracies, or quality concerns related to print and press work are beyond the responsibility of Artvizual.
